Imageries Movement rehearsal

Before the body moves, the mind rehearses.

How it works

A 3D world they move through, seen from their own eyes.

01

From their own eyes

Each place is a 3D world, seen at their own eye height. They watch an everyday movement from inside it and imagine doing it.

  • Get up from the chair
  • Sit down
  • Walk a few steps
  • Turn around
  • Walk, turn, come back and sit
  • Stairs, up and down

02

Calm, ready-made worlds

They start in quiet places built for practice: a villa living room, a Kyoto dojo and a walled garden.

03

Their own home, filmed once

A family member films the living room once, with one slow turn. We rebuild it as a world, so they rehearse getting up from their own couch.

The video stays private, and we remove our copy once the place is built.
